Found this while searching the sunny side of a few palmetto trees. This one was about 7 feet up. Must have been feeding on the several green anoles that also inhabited this tree. I was told by a few hikers that this was a rattlesnake. However, I'm pretty certain that it's merely a black racer. Haha!
