Notes

I haven't had much time to do any herping lately, so I've been going through my old pictures to find anything interesting that I can share. This moccasin is stuffed full of something, possibly an amphiuma or another snake. It's meal stretches all the way up to its neck. It was sunning and doing its best to digest. Its also possible that it had eaten a catfish because I thought I might have seen a spine protruding through its scales. Whatever it had swallowed, it was probably close to its own body weight in size!
